Does PaisaNow use IP location?
No. Nearby features request browser/device location permission. If permission is denied, the platform does not replace it with an IP-derived city; users can search or select a location manually.
Is registration free?
Creating a standard PaisaNow account is free. Optional paid services or wallet charges are displayed before a user confirms them.
How are local listings handled?
Rooms, service providers and local businesses use moderation states, reporting tools and active/approved filters before they appear in public or nearby discovery. Users should still independently verify claims before paying or sharing sensitive information.
Can I post what I need instead of searching?
Yes, when Local Requirements is enabled. Members can post a room, service, job, product or business need and review matching results or offers from eligible nearby owners/providers.
How can I contact support?
Use the public Contact page or Help Center. Include your registered email or username and a clear description, but never send passwords or one-time codes.
