PaisaNow public guide

Safety and Trust Guide

Practical safety guidance for PaisaNow rooms, local jobs, services, marketplace, messaging, payments, privacy and account security.

Protect your account first

Use a unique password, keep your email and phone under your control, and never share a password, OTP or recovery code. Sign out from shared devices and review account activity when something looks unfamiliar.

Check jobs and employers carefully

Check workers and service providers

Employers should review a worker's profile, skills, previous work and availability. Do not treat a rating or trust score as a guarantee. Discuss the task, payment, timeline, safety requirements and completion criteria before work begins.

Market safety

Messaging and community safety

Use block and report controls for harassment, impersonation, threats, spam or unwanted contact. Avoid posting private phone numbers, addresses, financial information or identity documents in public posts.

How reports are handled

Reports help the moderation team review content or accounts. A report does not automatically prove wrongdoing; the available context and platform records are reviewed. Urgent real-world danger should be reported to the appropriate local authority.

Remember: PaisaNow provides discovery and communication tools. It cannot independently verify every user claim, listing or opportunity.
